We are a different kind of church:  we are a theocratic church state!  What does that mean?  It means that we are a governing body, and that we operate as a church fellowship too!  We are a support system for sovereign inhabitants on the land, and we aim to serve those needs left so empty in this country.  It is our aim to assist those people who choose NOT to partake in tyranny levied by out of control governments.  We exist to eleviate some stress in that area!

 Our flagship service being that of SCC Citizenship, whereby we offer identification, license plates and aid in extricating you from all the contracts that the US Gov't has tricked you into by deception.  Everything we do is above board, and counterparts their infrastructure.  We look forward to sharing more with you when you visit!

Preamble to Our Charter

We the People, born to the Continental American lands, are aboriginal natives and natural inheritance to all of our Creator’s resources found on Continental American soil.  We are gathered here and now to establish for the record our declarations, rights, and Laws.

   We the People are constantly assumed to be Citizens of the United States, Canadian, Central and South American Governments.  For such claims are preposterous and are hereby being made void from the very beginning.  For We the people are not subject to any of the above mentioned parties or their defacto courts.   For We the people are the masters over any entity on our lands, that will not accept full liability, for we accept FULL liability for our actions and our words [contracts] are our bond. 

 For this claim: this contract serves three (3) reasons, said reasons are as follows:

Primary Reason

To allow every entity of intelligence, an opportunity to be given “Knowledge of the Facts” regarding Sovereign Church of Christ© principals, rights, laws, government structure, citizens and Mission Statement.

Secondary Reason

To give official warning to every entity that claims to be intelligent. NOTICE:  No mercy to those who trespass upon unalienable rights of Sovereign Church of Christ© citizens.  Lost of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness will follow all those who trespass upon Sovereign Church of Christ citizens unalienable rights

Third Reason

To give every Flesh and Blood Man or Woman on Continental American Soil, an opportunity to pledge allegiance to the only family orientated government on Earth.  To sever all previous contracts and be born again through the “Sovereign Church of Christ©”

With those above reasons stated, we of the “Sovereign Church of Christ©” hereby disclose the facts regarding ourselves and our government.

What is the “Sovereign Church of Christ©”?

The word “Sovereign”; is with the meaning; superior, supreme, Royalty, self governing ruler on the land;  flesh, blood, real, God-incarnate men and women,[We the People] only judged by his or her own court and Creator.

 The word “Church”; is with the meaning; covenant, Family, Priesthood, Nation, Men and woman who willfully contract with each other to better serve their Creator.

 The word “of”; is with the meaning; to come from; Creator’s name follows the: “of”; example: “State of Nevada” is not Nevada.  “State of Nevada” is the agency and or creation of Nevada.

 The word “Christ”; is with the meaning; Creator, God, Crst, Autonomous, Maker, Architect, Prime mover, life giver and Mans true law giver.

Sovereign Church of Christ© was born unto the Earth on the thirtieth day of the six month, of the two-thousand-eight year [06-30-08] of our most high autonomous Creator. The “Sovereign Church of Christ©, hereon called: “S.C.C.”, [for the purpose of this document] is a covenant, comprised of Sovereign Men and Woman; born free and natural on the lands known to many as: Continental America. 

 For the S.C.C. operates as; a theocratic Royal Family to guard the “People”, that willfully contract as citizens of the S.C.C. and with such a function as Government, the S.C.C. provides lawful competent Courts, militia, Lawyers, Ministers, Negotiators, and many more services for the People who willfully contract and submit to the rule of the S.C.C..  For the S.C.C. may be Government chosen by the People, but the S.C.C. is not governed by any States or Federal Constitutions, for such documents only apply to Foreign corporations and or foreign governments.  The S.C.C. member Citizen’s stand above the United States Government and above any of its constitutions, declarations, orders, rules, regulations and statutes, the reason being; the United States Government is a limited liability foreign corporation [fiction], whereas the S.C.C. are actual Men and Women [not persons or individuals]; native to Continental America [We the People] with unlimited liability, as a result is an impossibility to answer to limited liability corporate contracts, that pretend to have any authority.
